Welcome to the official website of Master Yourself Academy (“Masteryourself”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website. By accessing or browsing this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Terms

For online programs, delegates have to keep the videos on throughout the course of the program. Non-video participants will not be allowed to continue the meeting and is not eligible for any refund.For offline sessions, the person has to be present physically through the duration of the program.
Attendance, being on time, participation on all days of the course and fulfilling the course criteria is necessary for successful completion of the program.
Please ensure the entire course fee is paid prior to the program or you have registered for the ‘subscription link’, or ‘No-cost EMI’ option where available.
For certification programs, certificate shall be issued once all dues are cleared and course criteria fulfilled.
Once a token advance is paid, your registration for the program is accepted. To confirm your registration, please ensure the balance course fee is paid at least 3 weeks before the start of the signed up the program, failing which, your participation in the program is subject to scrutiny.
Master Yourself Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the program. Under such circumstances, we will transfer your delegate fee to the upcoming program.
In case of any discrepancies or inappropriate behaviour, Master Yourself Academy reserves the right to decline a delegate’s participation in the program. In such cases, we will refund your payment excluding any expenditures and taxes within 7 to 10 working days.
No part of the course content should be recorded, reproduced or shared by the delegates to others without the prior consent of Master Yourself Academy. Any such behaviour shall attract stern legal action.
By signing up for the program, you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions mentioned herewith.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Once we have received your registration, we would have confirmed your seat and hence we do not encourage any cancellation. However, due to unavoidable reasons if you wish to change or modify your registration, you can do so by sending us an email to support@masteryourself.in. Following are the terms and conditions for the same:

- - For a request made 30 days prior to the start of the signed up program, free cancellation or reschedule is possible.
  - For a request made between 15-30 days of the start date of the signed up program, charges will be 40% of the course fee.
  - For a request made between 0-14 days of the start date of the signed up program, charges will be 100% of the course fee.

3. Transfer

Within 24 hours of the program, no transfer is possible and will be treated as a ‘No-show ’, attracting 100% of the course fee as cancellation charges.

4. Discontinuation, Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

If a delegate has commenced a program but is unable to continue for any reason, the discontinuation will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. The delegate will be liable for 100% of the course fee as cancellation charges and will no longer be entitled to the privileges or benefits associated with being a participant of the program.
No cancellation or rescheduling is permitted for any free or paid webinars or workshops once the registration has been confirmed.
Where a refund, cancellation, or transfer of funds is approved under the applicable terms, the amount payable will be calculated after deducting any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges, or transaction fees, even where the approved refund is otherwise 100% of the amount paid.

5. One-on-One Counselling & Consultation Sessions

A one-on-one counselling or consultation session will be considered confirmed only upon successful receipt of payment. An email confirmation containing the appointment details will be sent once the payment has been successfully received.
Consultation time slots are scheduled based on mutual availability between the delegate and the assigned coach/counsellor and will be finalised via email. If the proposed time slot is not suitable, an alternate slot may be arranged based on mutual availability.
Once a consultation slot has been confirmed, cancellation is not permitted. However, delegates may request to reschedule the session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, subject to the availability of the coach/counsellor and mutual agreement on a new timeslot.
Requests for rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to attend the confirmed session without prior notice, will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. The session fee will not be refundable or transferable in such circumstances.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee the same coach/counsellor or an immediately available alternative timeslot.
Where a refund or transfer of funds is permitted under these Terms, the amount payable will be calculated after deducting any applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges, or transaction fees.

6. Third-Party Links

This website may contain links or redirects to third-party platforms, including but not limited to social media platforms, Google Forms, Razorpay, Spotify, YouTube, and external websites.

Master Yourself does not own, operate, or control these third-party platforms and is not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or terms of use. Any information you provide or interactions you have on these platforms are governed by the respective platform’s policies, terms, and privacy practices.

We recommend reviewing the applicable policies of any third-party platform before providing personal information or engaging with its services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Master Yourself shall not be liable for:

Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.
Any loss or damage resulting from reliance on information, content, or resources provided on this website.
Any issues, losses, or damages arising from your use of or interaction with third-party websites, platforms, or services linked from this website.
Any temporary unavailability, interruption, or technical issues affecting the website or its services.

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Changes to the Website or Terms

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of this website at any time without notice.
